It's Thursday which means it's World Book Day!
We hope you have had fun guessing who the masked readers are.

Today we are going to do lots of fun things to celebrate World Book Day. We both love reading and know that lots of you do too.

The official World Book Day webpage has lots of activities you can have a go at. Plus we have added some extra links that you might want to try.

Today’s tasks

This Morning we would like you to read a book with your grown up and then complete a book review.

After you have done your book review you can choose what activities you would like to complete. We have included some activities below or you can use what is on the World Book Day website. It is up to you, do as many as you want.

This Afternoon we are going to ask you to draw the front cover of your favourite book. You will need to include the title and draw exactly what is on the front cover. We would then like you to keep hold of these and bring them into school with you next week. They will be used to decorate the front of our classroom doors.

Please do it A5 size so that we can fit as many of them on the door as possible.

Why not try some Science activities linked to World Book Day
